Susie Scoops Top Award

Susie Scoops Top Award

Our people are at the very heart of what we do at Hacking & Paterson Management Services, and investing in their training and development is an essential part of our company’s culture. To date, 27 of our Property Managers, Team Managers and Associate Factoring Directors have successfully passed the Professional Diploma in Property Factoring, earning the impressive status of Member of The Property Institute (formerly the Institute of Residential Property Management).

Earlier in the year, we shared the exciting news that Susie Robertson, a Team Manager in our Glasgow office, had been invited to attend The Property Institute’s Annual Seminar to receive a special award for the “Best Factoring Paper” submitted as part of the Diploma exam in September 2023.
Susie travelled to London with a number of her colleagues to attend the Seminar on Thursday 16th May and – aside from being thrilled to receive this award – also found the content of the day’s programme to be very interesting and informative.

Susie, who arranged lunchtime study sessions for her colleagues to help prepare together for the Diploma exam last year, continues to encourage her Factoring friends to undertake this qualification – her 98% mark in the exam and perfect 50/50 score for the paper providing an excellent motivation!
