We are pleased to introduce our two newest Associate Factoring Directors, Daniel Kingham and Craig Cosgrove, who were both appointed earlier this year.
Here, Craig (left) and Danny (right) speak about their journey with the company.
Craig says:
“I joined HPMS as a 21 year old, looking to find my way in the property industry. Throughout the years working as a Property Manager I took on more responsibilities overseeing larger portfolios which resulted in more team members forming part of my team. These experiences have been invaluable as managing properties is one thing, but managing people is completely different and takes a special skill set.
I am a real people person and enjoy the daily interactions with my teams. At HPMS we have a fantastic support system and I am glad to form part of that. It gives me great pleasure helping the teams with factoring issues and seeing how happy they are when positive feedback is received from our clients. This is a reflection on the hard work and dedication of our staff.
Whilst providing the best possible factoring services is always at the forefront of my mind, I have enjoyed looking into other aspects of the business to see if there are processes and procedures which we could improve on. We are very lucky to have a Board of Directors who have an open door policy and are always open to listening to new ideas.
The Board have decades of Property Factoring experience, with our Chairman and Managing Director well-established at the forefront of the property factoring industry. Not only does this give me motivation to keep progressing with my career, it is also a pleasure to work with and learn from these people on a daily basis.”
And Danny:
“Following completion of my degree in Sports Management I decided to take on a slightly different path and pursue a career in Property Management, joining the company in 2012. This was an exciting time for the industry which was adjusting to the implications of the new Property Factors Scotland Act (2011).
Throughout the years that followed at HPMS I have gained valuable experience working in a number of roles before my appointment to Associate Factoring Director at the start of this year.
It is has always been a privilege to work for the biggest Property Factor in Scotland and watch as the business continues to grow and thrive with the support of its fantastic staff throughout our Glasgow and Edinburgh offices.
I am excited to work alongside our dedicated Property Factoring Teams and our wide ranging Contractor Network as we continue to deliver an excellent factoring service to our clients.
I hope to utilise the experience I have gained along the way to tackle the new challenges that continue to arise and make my own personal mark on the industry in the years to follow.”
