David, a Fellow of the The Property Institute, joined the company in 2003, becoming a Director in 2010. An experienced and influential leader, who in recent years has overseen the development of the company’s property factoring services delivery and customer care approach. He regularly offers guidance to solicitors, Local Authorities, Scottish Government, The Property Managers Association, The Property Institute, homebuilders and developers on Title Burdens and Property Factoring legislation.
David was appointed Managing Director in August 2019.
